Strange things happen in a room not your own. New dreams, unfamiliar noises, neighbours you will never see again, tiny bottles. A bed that doesn’t quite know your curves and the merry go round that is to find the right pillow.
Glorious things can happen too. Stolen nights, early mornings, new light falling into view. Just enough for one (or two). Living in the unfamiliar for even a few days can set the axis of life slightly off. We are distracted and we forget. These rooms often hold our possessions after we check out and return home. The things we have left behind.
This time at The Windsor hold on to the things you have fallen in love with, you don’t want to live without, you want to see everyday.
