Kat Shapiro Wood named finalist in the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize
We are delighted to announce that Kat Shapiro Wood has been named a finalist in the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize. Shapiro Wood’s practice is based in the intimacy and poetics of material forms, and she is inspired by the process of refinement and discovery of the essential.
The Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize has grown into an internationally respected platform for creative brilliance, with 2026 marking its 25th year. Congratulations to all the artists in this year’s prize.
The exhibition at Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf is showing now until November 29th.
Shapiro Wood’s solo show, ‘Flux’, is showing concurrently at CHALK HORSE Gallery until November 21st.
