Emma Finneran is presenting new work in 'Contact Us' alongside Tom Polo and Campbell Patterson at Cement Fondu

Emma Finneran is presenting new work in a group exhibition titled ‘ Contact Us’ alongside Tom Polo and Campbell Patterson at Cement Fondu.

Moving mouths, darting eyes, cursory handshakes; each gesture is a way we connect in silent contract. ‘Contact Us’ invites Emma Finneran, Tom Polo and Campbell Patterson to trace these and other ethereal and tangible actions through video, installation and painting

Through accumulated gesture and the residue that remains, Emma Finneran collects the narratives of performed actions. From the way we wash our hands to the film of grease a body imprints onto a glass window, Finneran highlights these vocalised intimacies and shows us that we are all unwittingly communicating; we are forever touching.

The exhibition continues until May 3, 2020.
